You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or in the case of no-shows without prior notice, we charge 100% of the treatment cost for the reserved time and therapist. Please note that messages left by phone or email between Saturday 4:00 p.m. and Monday 9:00 a.m., as well as on public holidays, cannot be listened to or read.
